This is your official notice of the Annual Business Meeting of the Alpha Phi House Corporation, to be held on Monday, April 14th, 2024, at 6:30 PM EST.
As an alumnus in good standing, you are encouraged to attend. Our property at 247 S. Milledge Avenue remains the chapter’s most significant financial asset, and its stewardship is a collective responsibility.
Meeting Details
📍 Location: Cardlytics Corporate Office, Ponce City Market, 4th Floor, Atlanta
🚗 Parking: Available in the deck. The Housing Corporation will cover parking expenses—please email me your vehicle make and tag number in advance.
💻 Virtual Option: A Google Meet link is provided below, but we strongly encourage in-person attendance. The Board and multiple chapter representatives will be present. I’ll provide beers!
Purpose of the Meeting
Elect members to the Board of Directors
Receive reports on the house and the corporation’s financial health
Discuss summer renovation plans and address pending chapter requests
Any initiated member of Alpha Phi in good standing is welcome to attend and vote in the Annual Meeting.
Immediately following, there will be a Board of Directors meeting to elect officers and conduct general business. While any Alpha Phi alumnus may attend, only board members may vote in this session.
We also ask for your help in spreading the word! Please forward this notice to any Alpha Phi alumni you’re in contact with.
