Concatenate Data in String with "+" Sign

Dear Seniors,

I am facing problem when I am trying to use Concatenate function.

I have data like :

Company	Product Data
1	A
2	D
3	L
4	G
5	X
6	A
1	K
2	P
3	S
4	T
5	U
6	V
1	C
2	W
3	F
4	G
5	C
6	M

I want to fetch relevant data according to company name with "+" Sign. Example is mentioned below.

Output

Company	Output
1	A + K + C
2	D + P + W
3	L + S + F
4	G + T + G
5	X + U + C
6	A + V + M
