I need help on the formula =Gender(A2,B2)

Hi Ashish,

I need help on the formula  =Gender(A2,B2)

Where A2 - Name of a person & B2 - Gender of the person(Male or Female)

Its not working the version Ms office 2007.

Hi Ashish,

By this formula I just want the out put as Mr. Name of the employee

  A2         B2

Name    Gender

Aditya    Male

Ritu       Female

Now if =Gender(A2,B2) out put should be 

Mr. Aditya 

Ms. Ritu

Please help.
