Extract Latest 24 Date after Criteria match from database

Due to heavy work I am not possible to visit our group.Here I required small Solution.

PFA with detail.

If suggest another formula (Extract Latest 24 Date) then I will accept it

by my formula NUM! error show & it jump up side  when other companies ticker put D2 (when less than 24 report extract). I required output like O column in database sheet where NUM!  show below  a7 also required formula show cell blank  for NUM error cell.

Is this OK formula? I feel we can do another formula.

Since there are no 24 values, you are getting error, change formula as per attachment.

Dear Vabs Sir,

I found one more issue.My formula extract only latest 24 date as per my previous sheet, So starting point (13-Aug-12) & End point (26- Jun-16).
In your sheet formula extract date from starting point (30May-12) & End point (21- Jun-16).

I required formula as per my sheet only remove NUM! error means show blank.if there are 24 latest reports then formula show all 24 reports & if no then show only which is availble & NUM error show below & Up side.

Dear Sir

All is perfect ,exact I wish to show output.But again small issue create in my mind that date column will sort ascending order.Our formula extract date as Descending order.(Change database sheet order by you)

And there are no required database sheet sort Descending order.I put & maintain my data in database sheet as ascending order.

can it possible?

use small instead of large in formula for changing the order of sorting.
