VLOOKUP from 5 Sheet in One GO

Dear Seniors,

I have 5 sheets in Workbook. Sheet 1, Sheet 2, Sheet 3 and Sheet 4 have data in Column A & Column B. I want to pick the data in Master Sheet from these 4 Sheets with the help of Vlookup formula in one go.

Query Sheet is attached. Kindly help.
