Job Responsibilities:
Acquire knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) as per the training calendar defined for the client.
Recruitments Operations / US staffing
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stake holders
Taking ownership of reporting work in the process
Review and suggest updates for Standard Operating Procedures
Handle critical and higher difficult client request
Escalate non-compliance issues of process/procedures as per protocol
Designing and Understanding the making of Error Trend Reports
Identify, share, support and implement operational improvements
Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
Ensure compliance to all the reports
Ensure compliance to Time entry& MIS guidelines
Maintain all documentation/tracking in the applications up to date for the processes
Qualification and Skills:
Graduate.
Good written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work 24*7 shift timings
Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word
Self-motivated.
