PLS HELP

Hi All

I want to make a daily visit planner for team (on shared work sheet)

everyone can share his planned visit in advance.

But No one can make entries or can change his entries after the Time/date given in slot is over.  (or current time/date is greater then time defined in Row/column) 

Kindly help How can I restrict the entries in cell after a particular time (defined in column head and Row head)
