MOM - Power Team Meeting 10th November

Dear All,
Today's power team meeting attended by 8 members.
1. Avdhesh
2. Ekta
3. Sunil
4. Gaurav
5. Gagan
6. Ashish
7. Maniraj
8. Tarun
The points have been discussed in during the meetings are mentioned below.
1. All members present in the meeting mutually decided that, the member who will reach first for the power team meeting will be the focus member till next power team meeting and the whole team will have to look for the referral for that person and he or she will get an opportunity to talk about their business for 5 min. and get visibility.
2. Success Story - There were three success stories we discussed in group today which member will write a brief and will send to Tarun so that it can be submitted in BNI newsletter.
- Success story of Ekta and Gaga for Honeywell.
- Success story fo Avdhesh and Ekta for Mr. Mukesh Jagga and Mr. Amit
- Success story of Avdhesh and Mr. Sunil Malhotra for helping us making us Grow.
3. We have also discussed to form a Group and pitch under one umbrella with the people who have complimentary services and These members will also have one page on their website for PARTNERS - this page will have the logo and contact information or each other. This will be a member choice if they want to do or not.
4. I presented HubSpot.com a FREE CRM tool and associated modules which will help in sales and referral tracking.
5. Group was divided into two parts and everyone shared what current projects there are working on and who can be the right connect within that group with those companies. Every member has generated 3-4 referrals.
Note : Thank you all who made for the meeting today and we missed the other members who weren't able to make it. We celebrated Mandeep Birthday as well during the meeting :)
