Syllabus
The program is designed around 6 modules as listed below. The objective of the program is to deliver an integrated HR course content that will provide working professionals a comprehensive understanding of Human Resource Management and prepare them for HR Leadership roles in the global environment. The programme will also help the participants in their preparation for the global SHRM certification exams; SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP (participants will be given access to preparatory materials required for the SHRM SCP and CP certifications)

Eligibility: Minimum Graduation
Assessment
A minimum of 80% attendance to the LIVE lectures is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this programme. The programme comprises of 6 components and there are periodic evaluation components built in as a part of the programme. These maybe in the form of a quiz, assignment, project or other objective/subjective assessments as relevant and applicable to the programme.
Certification
Those who complete all the 6 components of the Programme, based on the Assessment Process, will be awarded the Executive Certification in HRM by XLRI. All participants of this programme will also be eligible to receive a certificate of Participation from SHRM on the completion of the programme.
