Dear Team Marketing, Current and incoming LT & fellow Power Team Captains,

I would like to invite all of you to our next power team meeting on 9th October at 5.30 PM at Ethopian Cultural Centre, Chanakya Puri.

Kindly confirm your availability well in advance to us so that we can arrange for the same well in time.

The agenda for the upcoming Power- Team meeting is as follows

1. Confirm the minutes of the last PTM held on 3rd September ,2015

2. Follow-up on the decisions taken/ referrals those were to be generated by each member for each other.

3. Evaluation of the business given by our Power Team to the Chapter during the last 4 weeks (everyone is requested to get their figures).
(Deepa or Sachin Uttam can you help us get this data well in advance, it will be a great help)

4. Target Setting for the next 6 months of the Marketing Power Team in terms of 121s, Referrals & TYFCB.

5. 2 minutes to each member present to State their Ask, 1 minute for their gives. (Members who have come in late would only share their gives)

6. Discussion on the Traffic lights of each member - Do’s and Don’ts

7. Participation in Trainings and workshops.

8. Discussions about the Visitors to BNI Chapter meeting (for the growth of the Chapter)

9. Review attendance.

10: Participation on Whats app as a Group - updating on 1-2-1s, referrals generated etc.

11. Pledge to go 100 % Marketing Power Team 100% green in next 2 months time. It's very much achievable with our current team.

VENUE: Ethopian Cultural Centre, Chanakya Puri

Time 5:30 pm Sharp

Followed by DRINKS & DINNER.

Let’s reach there on time to avoid traffic rush hour.

Let's stick to the Agenda & have a crisp meeting for which everyone comes prepared.
