Dear Members,
BANDHAN – 121 Game, is being introduced today with a motive of encouraging Goal Oriented 121 ‘s within the members and Generating Quality Referrals for each other.
We are happy to know that many members in the Chapter have done 121 with the allotted members and list sent by us may contain the name of the member with whom you have already done 121 with, in the past.
Please note that we have compiled the data from the list of the 121’s not done since October 2014.
Few Important Points to be remembered:
1. The game BANDHAN says to do 2 – 121’s per week. 1 with the pre-fixed member & 2nd self chosen 121.
2. If the members have done 121’s with the allotted members, they may please choose your 121 partners & schedule 121 with them.
3. Scoring:
a. Every 121 across the Power Team will give = + 10 points.
b. Every 121 within the Power Team will give = + 5 points.
c. Any member not doing 2 – 121’s in a week, scores negative mark i.e. minus ten (-10) = - 10 points
d. The Scoring will be done per week.
e. Total scores will be calculated as per the Power Teams,
f. Average Scores of each Power Team will be calculated for the Best Power Team
g. Maximum scoring member will also individually be acknowledged.
4. Also, we have given list of 4 weeks together, so as to ease and plan your 121’s accordingly as per the co-members availability.
5. Since it will be a power team based game, the cumulative score of each power team based on positive and negative points collected by the members will be calculated.
Let us all strive hard to do the quality 121’s by using our GAINS Sheets & 121 Toolkits and generate Referrals for the fellow members and make this Game – BANDHAN a success.

Dear Members,
Excellence is known for many Positive Initiative Taker (PIT) for the growth of the members, here is again a initiative from the LT for the growth of the members.
Time for a 121 Game now called BANDHAN. The GAME starts from this week and continues for the 4 weeks.
The Game goes as below:
Next week onwards, The whole chapter is divided into two teams – older members and newer members. The game goes for 4 weeks, hence 8 - 121’s / member
1. Members have to do 2 - 121’s per week - 1 Pre-Fixed 121 (given by the M com) (list attached for 4 weeks together) & 1 Self decided 121.
2. Maximum 8 – 121’s per member will only be allowed in 4 weeks for the game.
3. More than 8 – 121’s per member will not be counted in the game.
4. Scoring –
a. Every 121 across the Power Team will give 10 points.
b. Every 121 within the Power Team will give 5 points.
c. Less than 2 121’s out of the 4 121’s pre-fixed by M Com, at the end of the 4 weeks – holds for negative marking i.e. minus ten (-10) for each 121.
d. Total scores to be calculated as per the Power Teams,
e. Average Scores of each Power Team will be calculated for the Best Power Team
f. Maximum scoring member will also individually be acknowledged.
5. Prizes – Winning Member & the Winning Power Team will get the special Prize / Gift.
Important to note is that you have to do a 121 with the person allotted within those 4 weeks.
Also, we have given list of 4 weeks together, so as to ease and plan your 121’s accordingly as per the co-members availability.
Since it will be a power team based game, the cumulative score of each power team based on positive and negative points collected by the members will be calculated.
