PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM IN EXCEL FORMULA

 I am having ssi unit where upto ten peoples are working there. i have prepare a simple weekly wages chart using excel.
now i faced a problem in formula. i have attached the file. please help me..
