#Num error

I have a small dna project that I've deployed to 4 users. 3 of them have no issues calling the methods and getting answers.

But the 4th users continues to get a #Num error. 

The result is a single number. I built with VS2022 targeting .Net 8.0/Windows ver 7.0.

Any ideas off the top of your head what to check next?
