Excel-Dna64.xll disappeared

A few users, but not all users, experienced a sudden disappearance of  Excel-Dna64.xll. Each user has this file on the PCs.  We could not figure out a reason. Has anyone had this problem before?

Your users are probably running an anti-virus or other security program that has decided to remove your add-in .xll.
