You can check the output folder and it would depend on which managed dlls you have and want to include in the packed xll file. It is not necessary to include any so its a personal choice I would just go to release folder and list the all files.

Also it is part of the project so you do not need to do it again and again. It is just a one time ask. The dna file gets copied to output folder. It should be listed inside the project that is your startup project.
