Excel ran out of resources

Some of my users experience the problem, "Excel ran out of resources". They are using Excel 2007.

There were many exception like below:

Runtime [Error] Unhandled exception in async delegate call. : XlCallException - Exception of type 'ExcelDna.Integration.XlCallException' was thrown.

But in my computer 2007,2010,2016 all work fine. Anyone has any idea of it?

The pop-up message "Excel ran out of resources while attempting to calculate one or more formulas."
