parent meeting, updated race calendar, USAT numbers

Parents,

Attached is an updated team race calendar that includes ages, distances and cost.  Please note that if your child will be competing in the Nashville Children's Triathlon, registration fee of $35 includes your child's USAT membership.  So, do not get membership from USAT website if competing in this race. 

I have also attached the registration forms.  Please mail forms back to me with check made out to EXCEL for reg fee and training fees.  I am holding checks for at least a month before depositing. 

Highlights of parent meeting:

1.  If ordering new team uniform, please take child to Endurance Sports for sizing by this Friday.  Email me back what size your child will need.  Payment for uniform will be when uniforms come in.

2.  Few changes:  Session I includes all training levels, Session II is for all training levels-training one day a week and payable monthly(June, July, August)

3.  Not able to train with team?  You can register with team $25, get team shirt and swim cap and join us at triathlons for warm-up, pre race instruction, encouragement and after race celebrations
