Saturday Practice, GJCC race on Monday

Parents,

Just a reminder that Saturday practice, 5-23-09, will be held at Centennial Park in Nashville--on West End Avenue, 3:00pm to 5:00pm.  This is the location of the Vandy Children's Tri.  We will be riding and running..  Please bring following equipment:  water bottle, towel x 2, race belt, running shoes, bike, helmet.

GJCC Triathlon on Monday--Memorial Day--information:

Team members participating:  Brenna, Jonas, Brock, and teen coaches:  Luke, Morgan, Alex, Joy, Hope

Race Packet Pick-up:  Sunday 2:30-4:30 or Monday 6:00am-7:00am.  Remember to bring your athlete's USAT membership card to packet pick up.

Race Day timeline:

6:30am--be at GJCC--Set up transition--check in with coaches--we will have a tent pool side:  Wear team t-shirt
7:00am--Transition closed.  Team warm-up
7:30am--Swim Start:  Wear team cap
Awards--At conclusion of race:  Please wear team t-shirt to Awards Ceremony.
