Congrats to all the Excel triathletes who raced yesterday! We were lucky to get everyone across the finish line before the storm blew through.

Looks like rain is in the forecast. Bring your swim suits to practice as well. Meet At the front doors of the ISc with ALL your equipment.

We will have practice. Whether it is swim or bike/run, I am not sure. Depends on the weather.

Congratulations to Excel Youth Triathlete, Sydney Rexford, who finished 2nd in 9-10 girls in the Calloway Gardens Sprint Triathlon.  Distances were:  400m open water swim, 10 mile bike and 2 mile run.


Great job Sydney!!WOW!!WOW!!Awesome!!!
