Payment from first session--please read

Parents,

 

Have you noticed that your check to Excel for the first session has not cleared your bank?  Well there is a reason....Last week I went to my nifty file cabinet to retrieve the file that had the registration forms and checks--and it was not there...to my surprise...after a massive search, no file...This is really quite embarrasing for me...but I need new registration forms and checks for session 1.

 

So, attached is the registration form. 

 

You can mail the attached form along with a check made out to EXCEL Aquatics to me: Dawn Van Ryckeghem, 113 Churchill Place, Franklin, TN 37067

 

OR

 

You can bring the forms and check to me at the race this Sunday.
