Summer Practice Schedule:

All practices 6:30-8:00pm
June 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24, 28
July 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29

Monday night practices are @ Maryland Farms YMCA
They are swim/run practices.
Please enter through the back entrance of the YMCA- not the front/main entrance.

Thursday night practices are @ ISC- Indoor Sports Complex.
The are bike/run/transition practices.
Please meet @ the lower level parking lot for practices.

Cost $200 for first child, $190 for second child, $180 for third

Race schedule is attached
