It brings together builders, brokers, dealers and interested buyers /sellers and connects them over the online medium. Property listings were over 700,000 during 2010-11. The site has continued to increase its traffic share during 2010-11 as per Comscore data.
About the role:
Role involves client handling and acquisition to scale up the properties on the site. Candidate will call the prospective users and educate them about the benefits of using 99acres and persuade them to register on the site.
Job Purpose:
To scale up the owner listings on 99acres.com
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Communicate with prospective clients and acquire them for 99acres.
2. Validate client information during acquisition
3. Ensure that target conversions are achieved in the said period
4. Cross functional leadership
5. Liaison with various teams like Sales & Data Management to ensure effective customer handling.

0-2 years of Experience in customer handling and sales.
Competencies required to do this job well:
Good oral and written communication skills.

Good client handling skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivots & Charts)
Good knowledge of the web applications and their functioning (Internet & Search Engines)
UG Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Any Specialization)
