need help in comparing two dates data field and removing blanks

Hi all,

need help in attached excel-

I have to compare prices of different varieties in various markets across markets. Mostly the price comparison is on 

daily/weekly/Monthly/Yearly basis and thier absolute change or diffrence between two dates.

Master worksheet contain all price which are available and which arenot available i keep the cell blank. And then i used a formula to 

hide blanks and for NA

=IF(AND(I2="",J2=""),"Blank",IF(OR(I2="",J2=""),"NA","")) 

But here too,i have to select dates for various reports and to compare the different dates but in this i have to change the formula 

daily. Is there any permanent way ,any coding or any other way.

And also to keep out the market or variety whom price are not available for the two dates.

Please also tell me that how to get  absolute difference between two data filed in the third column either in pivot or by any other 

way (in Daily worksheet)

Currently i m using following formula =IFERROR(IF((B16-C16)>0,B16-C16,IF((B16-C16)<0,B16-C16,"Unch")),"-")

But have to delete the differences manually for variety headings.

Please help me out to compare the prices variety-wise across various markets of country on automated way-any coding or by any means in excel.
