Job Description –
Position: MIS Executive ( 3rd Party Pay roll )
Experience – 2+yrs
Location – Noida (Sec 16 A)
Salary – Upto 22K
Roles / Responsibility:-
- Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
- To make and update production tracker file.
- Generating all type of sales reports with key data.
- Monitor
implementation of MIS processes and
evaluate their effectiveness.
Standardize similar reports across internal clients, departments and teams. - Making Roster, Trams , AHT Dashboard & Team performance.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
- Work Force Report, SLA Report, Sales Supervisors, CO Quality Dashboard,
- Overall NPS Data Sales , Credit Approval, Call Back Appointments & other Reports.
- Creating and
managing different management Dashboards for different teams.
Satisfaction. - Solving the discrepancy on internal client data.
- Upload Download of product files and work Allocation to agents on Daily Basis.
Role Specifications:
- Should have good command on formulas, MS Office.
- Good at Look up & short cut keys.
- Aggressive with energy levels who shows potential to achieve given targets.
- Ability to understand a client situation and present a relevant product.
