Can somebody please send an example of a formula or spreadsheet which is not working as we are unable to replicate the issue.

All of our test spreadsheets are currently working as expected so we are unable to investigate at the moment as we can't replicate any of these problems.

That is strange as that is one of the formulas in our test sheet and it is working fine for us.

I too have issues. Located in NH. All formulas that I have (price, change, highs, lows, etc) are returning errors.

We still can't replicate the problem, but after receiving some error logs we think it is worth trying the following:

1. Close all instances of Excel

2. Download the attached file (epf.tmp)

3. Rename this file to epf.cmd (Google does not allow .cmd files to be attached).

4. Run this file by double-clicking on it. This will delete the cached EPF cookies from your machine.

5. Launch Excel

Can somebody please try this and let us know if it fixes your issues?

We have received several reports of this fix working, so if you are still experiencing problems please follow the instructions below.

1. Close all instances of Excel

2. Download the attached file (epf.tmp)

3. Rename this file to epf.cmd (Google does not allow .cmd files to be attached).

Yes keep the file for the moment until we release a long term fix.

The fix worked for me.  At first I didn't know what to do with the TMP file to get it to a CMD file, but with further explanation form EFP, I followed their instructions and it fixed it right away.
