Ocr 28 formulas not working

My formulas have been returning #VALUE! since yesterday. Anyone else experiencing this? Estimated date for it to be fixed? Thank you in advance for your help.

We are not aware of any general problems at the moment. I have just ran some tests and all formulas are working as expected.

Can you first ensure you are using the latest version: https://www.excelpricefeed.com/userguide/add-in-updates

If there is still a problem after updating, can you send a spreadsheet or some example formulas (with tickers etc.) that are not working and we can investigate further.
