Bought subscription but now getting message that trail is over and wont let me enter the purchased activation code

I Bought subscription last month after the Trial from a different email address but now getting message that trail is over and wont let me enter the purchased activation code.  
Ive sent you an email to your he...@coderun.net from Rwa...@icloud.com (Purchase Email) with the purchased activation code.  I just got charged the $15 the other day so I know its active.   What I think happened is that I purchased the subscription on the same day I requested the trial because trial code never came and I did this from my other email address (Rwa...@yahoo.com - Trial email) and (Rwa...@icloud.com - Subscription)

Please reset my account and send a new code to Rwa...@icloud.com asap as this is very time sensitive
