Managing Users Hira, openssh, and sudo

Hey All,

So I'm advancing in my Puppet knowledge and would like a better way of managing my users other than the terrible module I made for myself. I'm trying to stick to Hiera since we're spread out over environments. Does anyone have a suggestion of either a good article or an example of how they are currently doing this?
