The Fourth Generation of example42 Puppet modules

Announcement times, we have started to work on the 4th generation of example42 Puppet modules.

The main puppet-modules repo is always at https://github.com/example42/puppet-modules but it changed radically: from a collection of git modules to a full featured control-repo using example42 (the ones which we will keep on maintaining) and third party modules.
