beaker testing support

Hi

I've just pushed a first shot at an actually working beaker (full
system) test of puppet-apache to my github:

This will enable in due time to actually end-to-end test full stack
deployments.

Great move,

even if I'm not a big fan of Beaker :-)

I plan during this xmas holidays to work on the most important modules to fix the broken travis tests and adapt them to the new Forge rating system.

This could be a good occasion to propagate the Beaker tests, eventually.

It's pretty painless once vagrant has everything downloaded. I need to
do more tests obviously, and a place to run CI against those tests would
be great too.
