Exaile 4.2.0 released

Hi all,

Exaile 4.2.0 has been released and can be downloaded from
<https://github.com/exaile/exaile/releases>.

As previously mentioned in the alpha1 announcement, Exaile now uses an
SQLite database for the music library, replacing Berkeley DB. Note that
you still need the Python *bsddb3* or *berkeleydb* module installed in
order to migrate to the new format; without it, Exaile will fail to start.
