Exaile 4.2.2 released

Hi all,

Exaile 4.2.2 has been released. [1]

Amongst other changes, this release contains an important fix for a
crash that happens at startup if gst-python 1.28 is also installed on
the system. Exaile normally runs regardless of whether gst-python is
installed (we don't rely on it for anything), but an API change in their
latest version [2] broke things for us.
