New Moodbar project based on GStreamer 1

Dear Exaile users,

If you are using the Moodbar plugin on Exaile 4-beta, you may have known
that it depends on an external Moodbar app that hasn't been updated for
GStreamer 1, making it inconvenient to use on any recent OS (just like
Exaile 3!). To resolve this, I have created an up-to-date replacement at

A huge chunk of credit goes to the developers of Clementine, from where
I took most of the code.

I'm hoping that eventually this will be picked up by package maintainers
but until then you have to build it yourself -- instructions are in the
readme. If you encounter problems, feel free to ask here or file an issue.
