Exaile 4.1.0 released

Hi everyone,
We're happy to announce that Exaile 4.1.0 has been released.
This is the first Exaile release with Python 3 support. We started
officially working on this towards the end of 2019 but it's obviously
been at the back of our minds for a very long time, and there have been
previous attempts that were eventually abandoned. So we're definitely
happy that we're now running up-to-date software again... at least until
we have to upgrade to GTK 4. :-)
Downloads are at [1], release notes are at [2]. Dependencies list is in
the DEPS file.
