Hello,
Exaile 4.2.2-beta1 has been released. Full changelog is at [1].

The most important change here is fixing a startup crash that happens if
you have gst-python 1.28 installed, due to an API change there [2].
Exaile can run with or without gst-python, so you may not be affected if
you have GStreamer 1.28 but not gst-python.
