Official document about exaBGP (install, config,ext....)

Hi all, I'm network engineer and I'm not really familiar with Linux.
I'm trying to use exaBGP to inject Flowspec Rule to ASR 1001 Cisco router.
I search alot of turtorial by google, such as:

However, the structure of config file and procedure is different between links, maybe because of exaBGP's version (4.x and 3.4). So is there and official document about exaBGP (install, config and run script with bgp flowspec)? If yes, please give the corresponding version of exaBGP.

If you are following some instruction - please use the 3.4 version as 4.0 has changes.
I am sorry I can not provide you with more help just right now.
