Does exabgp support BMP aka RFC7854?

The Changelog seems to indicate support for an early draft version but I cannot find any documentation on it

Version 3.1.6 - 8th of March 2013

* Feature: add a very simple BMP deamon (version 1 of the draft)

It was discontinued as the code was not updated to the latest draft.
