Hello,

I am curious about two items.

1. I wish to use ExaBGP to send announcements or withdraws to neighbors. Do I have to do anything special to discard any incoming announcements from a neighbor?


2. Is there any way to have the neighbors added or removed via a script?

Hello,

1 - Make sure that either the API does not pass the route to the backend or that the backend consume the route announcements from the pipe and discard them.

2 - Not yet, a more and more common request tho .. ..

Thank for the input.

Right now my process is a Python script that checks blocklists and either announces or withdraws based on the list changes. 

So I guess my stupid question of the day is:  Is the default behavior to accept announcements from neighbors and you have to script it to discard or is it not accepting by default and you have to script it to accept?
