Model specification for each partition

Greetings, 

Is it possible to specify a different substitution model for each partition? If so, how?  Thanks!

Only for PROT data, see:

https://cme.h-its.org/exelixis/web/software/exabayes/manual/manual.html#partitionfile

otherwise, GTR is used.
