Thank you Job Description of Mechanical Completion(MC) Coordinator Accountabilities and Responsibilities: With relevance to the assigned area the roles and responsibility assigned are: · Participating in the preparation of all construction activities in cooperation with contractors and vendors. · Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed. · Ensuring that any outstanding actions for system hand over to commissioning are duly recorded and are effectively cleared as per the technical requirements. · Coordinating and supervising the team executing the discipline work activities and assisting with relevant technical support as required, including mentoring and On the job training of junior personnel. · Participating in daily & weekly meetings within the construction team & preparing weekly status · Participating in discipline work studies and initiating improvements through the work execution. · Ensuring that relevant documentation is prepared and made ready for system hand over to Commissioning · Contributing to support to Commissioning Activities Job Description of Punch List Coordinator Accountabilities and Responsibilities: With relevance to the assigned area the roles and responsibility assigned are: · Participating in the preparation of all Operation Walk Down, in cooperation with contractors and vendors. · Manage the assigned resource for walk Down · Coordinate with Hand Over team and with Operations team for the walk down organization and management of the resulted Punch List. · Record, assign, manage and close the punch lists, dealing with the responsible departments. · Interface with Engineering department for the necessary engineering support for clarifications and/or Exception reports · Deal with Material team for any shortage to be tracked and closed. · Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed. · Ensuring that any outstanding actions for system hand over are duly recorded and are effectively cleared as per the technical requirements. · Coordinating and supervising the team of direct resources executing the discipline work activities and assisting with relevant technical support as required, including mentoring and On the job training of junior personnel. · Participating in daily & weekly meetings within the construction, commissioning and hand over system hand over to IPO Job Description of Walk Down Engineer Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: Coordination · Coordinate the engineering activities I support of the hand over processes, · Coordinate meetings with responsible departments and interface teams involved in the Handover process · Participate in Weekly Coordination meetings (day) and System Handover meetings (day) · Provide timely and accurate information on issues that may impact the hand over progress · Assist in coordination of review and audit plans for the various hand over phases · Liaise with handover team to ensure that Handover activities are executed in line with Project expectations and requirements · Coordinate the analysis and review of existing Project Completions Dossiers and system reports relating to the commissioning and handover scope · Provide engineering assistance during the verification that Verify that all hardware systems are commissioned, ready to be handed over and accepted in a timely manner, ensuring quality and completion of handover dossiers and agreed punch lists · Assist in the preparation of Pre-Ownership punch lists for each block of systems · Assist in the review and close out of any Punch List items · Assist in the review and close out of Site Queries · Assist in the review and close out of Technical Verification lists · Prepare, contribute to, review and advice on handover and acceptance criteria for transfer of ownership to asset manager. · Provide steerage and input to project / operations handover process and ensure that transition responsibilities are appropriately defined and agreed Interface · Working closely with Operations personnel across the assets to identify the scope and interface requirements for each of the commissioning and start up milestones · Ensure that commissioning interfaces between Hand Over Groups are clearly defined, owned and managed · Monitor overall status of systems handover · Participate in Peer reviews on system and facility procedures · Facilitating/assisting with Commissioning and start up workshops · Prepare, contribute to, review and advise on any agreements and work processes between Project and Operations for activities related to Operational Readiness Job Description of Engineering Coordinator Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The list may change depending upon project priorities and needs when individual joins the project. · Engineer responsible for coordinating and evaluating any engineering modifications disciplines areas for which his responsible Providing timely and effective information, communication and reporting to Field Engineering Manager and others. To handle the activity of the control, to monitor the schedule, to finalise the priority, to manage the variations of the Project. To interface with Third Party Verification team solving or contributing to solve findings Job Description of QA/QC Engineer Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities: · Review Execution Contractor’ Quality Assurance and Quality Controls plans and procedures to verify if they compliance with Execution Contractor’s obligations. · Carry out internal and External Audits in line with project requirements. · Review Execution Contractor’s QA/QC Organization to verify its adequacy and effectiveness to address all quality issues. · Review records of internal and external Audits performed by the Execution Contractor. · Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans to verify that Execution Contractor is performing all required inspections and witnessing all required tests and add witness and hold points for Company inspection. · Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out by Execution Contractor. · Assess adequacy and competence of Execution Contractor and sub contractors Quality Organization at the Construction Sites to assure that the applicable quality standards are achieved. · Arrange and manage Company QA/QC activities at Contractor’s site overseeing Contractor’s QA/QC activity. · Ensure that Company QC Coverage is sufficient and that the Inspectors are of the required discipline. · Review Company Inspectors deliverables, analyse and resolve issues and problems emerging during the QA/QC activity. · Review and approve Contractors Quality Documentation. · Approve all QA/QC Documentation for a structured handover to Commissioning teams.
