- To follow a comprehensive education program in the the BPA program where there will be a combination of education in the classroom and OJT (On the Job Training program)
- Learn of the company's overall business processes; make observations and analysis of field conditions
- In preparation of becoming future operational team of Pertamina in various functions and positions in Pertamina.
Recruiments:
- Holder of D3 Degree
- 2.75 min GPA of scale 4
- Legalized D4 Certificate & Legalized D3 Transcript an accredited university (with a minimum university grade of B)
- Maximum Age of 25 in 2013
- Having Good Physical & Spiritual Health
- English Score of Trusted Institution TOEFL: PBT (350)/ IBT (30) /IELTS 4.5/TOEIC (400)
