Bangalore Chapter Election Notice - Saturday 11 -Nov : New Executive Committee of NITWAA - Bangalore Chapter, for the Period 2018-2020

Dear Bengaluru / Karnataka NITW alumni,

New  Executive Committee office bearers nominations for the period 2018-2020 are invited by EC Team of NITW Alumni Association, Bangalore Chapter for the positions -

   a) Honorary President

   b) Honorary Secretary

   c) Honorary Treasurer

Election schedule is as follows:

A) Last Date for to register as voter of NITW Bangalore chapter - members in Bangalore , around Bangalore , or in Karnataka state  : 02-11-2018

      i) Online registration - link will be sent by 18-10-2018

     ii) Members in Bangalore , around Bangalore  or in Karnataka

    iii) Voting in Bangalore ;  no online voting

     iv) Bring any Photo ID card

      v) No spot registration for voting

     vi) First list by 28-10-2018 and will be published , Final List by 3-10-2018 and will be published by election officer

     vi) Voting officer decision - final , no appeal

B) Last date for receipt of nominations in a format for the elected Office-bearers of EC (President, Secretary and Treasurer) : 03-11-2018

     i) template /format will be sent by 23 -10-2018 , similar to national EC nomination format

     ii) election officers mail id will be sent by 27-10-2018

C) Last Date for Scrutiny of nominations : 04-11-2018

    i) scrutiny officers names will be given by 28-10-2018

 

D) Last date for withdrawal of nominations : 06-11-2018

    i) Scrutiny officers - decision is final , no appeal

   

E) Date of Election (If necessary): 11-11-2018 (7 PM- 8 PM)

   i) Voting officers - decision is final , no appeal

 

F) Installation of New Executive Committee (EC) : 11-11-2018 (8 PM - 8:15 PM)

      i)  National EC member facilitates

 Election officers will nominate or they can act themselves as Scrutiny officers and voting officers.

Request National EC President / Secretary to identify & nominate the election officers.

Note: To these posts

         a) lady members also can contest

         b) age , branch , course are not limitations to contest

        c) Need to spend little your time , passion & love to alumni

Encourage all alumni to participate - young & old ...all are equal as ALUMNI !
