How to reset VirtualMin after too many attempts to log in?

I tried to log into VirtualMin too many times, and now it tells me that access is denied because of too many attempts to connect.

Support of course doesn't answer, and twitter fails to awaken anyone.

Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this problem from the CLI on my server or of a way to get support to react?
