Is anybody else locked out of their site? And how do I get back in?

Hi, hello, ...
Trying to pull the content off the server, but for some reason my FTP access no longer works.
I am basically locked out of the site?
My Movable Type installation does not seem to let me in at all either.
"Got an error: Connection error: Too many connections"

Does anybody know how to overcome this?
Or can I only watch the site for a last time, and then see it disappear in a few days?

There seems to be a password reset URL.
But I am not sure what to enter into the fields.
All of my guesses appear to be wrong.

what server are you trying to ssh/login  to? 

have you tried using  virtualmin?

What URL are you using to access Virtualmin? Every administrative URL
cited in my migration letter from last year is dead.

I'm having the same issue with tolmie.textdrive.us. I've tried using 3 different apps on 2 OS's and cannot connect via SFTP. I can connect to my CMS (Textpattern) and make changes, and have been able to export my database. But SFTP is a no go.
