Good morning,

Count down starts for our Get-togetger on 25 th January ( Sunday) at Minerva grand. 

Please mark the date on your calendar and do not miss this opportunity, which we cannot express. But who knows the value of friendship can understand. The atmosphere and enjoyment with a combination of juniors and seniors will be different and enjoyable. 

we need to appreciate our seniors who have been continuously organising this Ex IDL friends meet for the last few years.

This opportunity has been given to our young batch from this year - which we need to maintain systematically with a disciplined manner and continue without a break and make records year to year. For which we need your cooperation and support and particularly blessings from our seniors. 

As on date the participants strength for this get- together is touching 140, which is almost triple of last year's strength. we are very confident that nobody will miss and stick on to their commitment, as this takes place once in a YEAR. Accordingly  arrangements have been made by us.

Dear members,

Good morning,

Happy to inform you that as on date the participants figure touched 150 for our IDL meet on 25 th January 26 ( Sunday) at Minerva grand, Secunderabad.

we have covered almost all the departments along with a combination of juniors and seniors for this meet. we are sure that it will be a good platform to enjoy by meeting each other and exchanging your views, as it takes place once in a year.

Now we are closing the shutters,  as there will be a hall problem to accommodate the members.

We are very confident that all these 150 members will attend this event.

please do not hesitate to inform us, incase you have any difficulty to attend due to any important and personal issues etc.

Further, we would like to inform you that we will wait till the 21st evening and finalize the list of members. 

Based on the confirmation figure, we will order the number of plates for the Lunch, as otherwise we will be unnecessarily paying to the hotel people and also loss of money.

Otherside, as against 150 members, we have received contributions from 58 members only., ( 39%).

It looks that most of the members would like to contribute at the venue point. NO ISSUE. We have already made the participants list, which will be handled by our members namely M/s. V. V. Srinath and P. Ravindran at the venue point for the attendance and also to collect the amount. You may also collect your NAME BADGES.

Our Team is going to visit the Hotel on 22nd morning to finalize everything and pay further advance amount. 

Still if anybody wants to transfer the amount, they may pay it to the  following number on phone pay or Google with a screenshot and share it in our group.

Good morning & Happy Republic day to you and your family members. 

Thanks to each and every participant who accepted our invitation and wholeheartedly attended the IDL meet at Minerva grand yesterday. 

Our special thanks to the participants, who have come from outstations.

Happy to inform you that as confirmed, 130 + members attended the meeting.

Thus the IDL meet was a grand success and super hit.

we hope this meet has given us very good opportunity, resulting in binding for future mutual advantage.

The success of this event is not only from our team but also the main back support from Mr. B. Papa rao since the beginning and also given good guidance to us. His words of " Prasad- you may please go ahead in organizing the program and do not bother about money, which i will take care of. it started with paying an advance amount to hotel management.

Apart from him, Mr.T. S. P. Sarathy, Mr. K G. K. Moorthy and Ajay Ghosh stood behind us on funds issue in case of any shortage. 

However, with all your support and by generous contributions and God's blessings-we are comfortably able to settle the hotel amount.  The details of which will be sent to you shortly. 

I need to compliment my Team members, who have worked with me very hard and extended the full support till the end. 

Thanks to Mr. Vijay kankate, for following up with hotel management and got us a  good discount. 

It was a laborious task for Mr. Ravindran, as a treasurer, who used to update the collections on a day-to-day basis and inform me.

Thanks to Raghu, Mohan, venkatiah, Srinath and Raju, who used to talk to me by referring to the names with phone numbers & also giving suggestions to make the event a grand success.

We must also thank Mr. Ajay Ghosh and Surya narayana for their supervision at the venue point on our request. 

We hope you all enjoyed this event. please excuse us, in case any inconvenience occurred. 

we are extremely happy to see the appreciation and compliment messages from each and every one in our group yesterday.

This has given us happiness, self satisfaction and a boost to me and to our TEAM members to go ahead with future programs.

With your similar support and cooperation, we are very confident to increase the participant strength from 130 members to 170 members to next year 2027.

We have noted a few suggestions from our colleagues to organize our IDL meet in some other place, suitable and convenient to all our friends, particularly keeping in mind our seniors.

As informed, i am going to update the IDL DIRECTORY shortly, which will help us to interact and communicate with each other in the near future.

IDL FRIENDS ANNUAL MEET

This event held at Minerva grand, Secunderabad on 25 th January 26.

IDL Industries is one of the old companies in Hyderabad.

 Manufacturers of explosives and detonators. This company was established in the year 1961.

we have been organizing IDL officers meet once in a year for the last 17 years in Hyderabad at different venue points particularly in the last week of January,  preferably on Sundays. It is very rare to see such gatherings of company employees.

The purpose of this Get-together young and old combination, was to see each other and exchange views and also discuss on retirement life, personal and family matters.

The beauty of this Get-together is our Managing Director Dr. E. G. Mahadevan, a scientist, who is 86 years old, attends very regularly along with other senior members. T. S. P. Sarathy, Mr. B. Papa rao, Mr.

K. G. K. Moorthy, as back support followed by Dr. E. M. Rao, Mr. Vasudeva Murthy, Dr. Vysamoorthy Dr. V. Krishna Mohan, Mr. Ram Prabhakar, Mr. Sashidharan, Mr. B. Sudhakar & Mr. Ajay Ghosh was good supporter for the event.

Mr. Chalasani  Prabhakar honoured the organizers with shawls and Vidya sagar with small gifts as appreciation and for good work of the organizers.

This year Mr G. N. Prasad & his team members Raghu, Vijay, Mohan, Ravi, Raju, Venkatiah & Srinath took the responsibility of organising the event for 2026. 

The event went off very well and enjoyed by each other. But this time it was a record gathering with 130 members and total credit goes to Mr. G. N. Prasad and his team members.
