My suggestion - 

Awareness on this pension scheme among family members, particularly husband & wife. ( vice versa).

1. Explain what is LIC Annuity superannuation.

2. original certificate with policy No.

3. Pension amount per month.

4. Total Annuity amount 

5. Location of the offices.

6. Follow up on monthly pension amount credited 

In case not getting :

check with LIC penson office at Nampally, opp. Telangana secretariat,  and enquire and submit the required documents. Life certificate verification once in 4 years. 

In case of demise of pension holder.

- The Nominee will get whatever total annuity amount - can be seen in the certificate.

How to claim:

1. Death certificate 

2. Adhar copy (both wife & husband )

3. PAN copy ( both wife & husband )

4. Original certificate 

5. Both Bank particulars.

outstation persons :

Can submit at the concerned LIC pension office . 

Copy to Hyderabad office. 

Main office -LIC Divisional office ( pension dept, first floor ) opp secretariat dept, Nampally.

Please obtain concerned person contact number in pension office for follow up. 

since pension amounts are less, few members may not be interested to claim or follow. It is their choice.
