Dear friends and respected seniors,

Sub: IDL Meet

New Year greetings to all.

At the outset we thank our seniors who had been perpetually coordinating this meet successfully, and we stay thankful to them always .

This year, we have volunteered to take over this activity and have pleasure to inform you all that EX-IDL meet is fixed on Sunday the 25 January 2026 at

MINERVA GRAND SD ROAD, SECUNDERABAD like last year. 

We are very glad to inform you that the response is overwhelming and the participation ( around 125 members) will be the higher than ever before.

We are sure that you would make this Ex Idl meet 2026 a grand success.

As we all are aware that this events cost is estimated around ₹1,60,000, and this is a voluntary contributory event.

You may please make payment to Mr. P. V. Ravindran on phonepay or Google ( 9290035671) or you may pay at the the venu hall.

We are sure you will like this opportunity to make it memorable beyond any words, which can only be experienced.

We will introduce ourselves in the meet about the team who have been on this job for the last couple of months.

A line in further confirmation would further motivate us. 

Being the following day that is 26th January, a holiday, any outstation colleagues wants us to book any hotel accommodation we will do it with pleasure.
