Fishing policy search routine

Hello everyone,

I am about to use the fishing policy search routine from EwE. After having read the user’s guide and a small amount of papers on the subjects, I still wonder how does the routine integrate all the forcing time series integrated in Ecosim. For instance, if I want to maximize ecosystem structure by the end of the hindcast model up until a given year, does the routine consider the temperature forcing time series until the end of the forecast? And also, if I want to maximize one criterion on a period of 30 years, is the routine calculating an average relative effort of fleets compared to the Ecopath base year to maximize the criterion on the whole period?
