Hi all,

I have a question related to Monte Carlo, EcoSampler, indicator analysis and multiple Ecosim scenarios...:

I am interested in looking into the output variability of some ecosystem indicators, biomass- and catch trends. This for not 1, but over 50 different Ecosim scenarios (in which different projections of temperature and nutrient inflows are forced). For 1 Ecosim scenario, I would simply run the Monte-Carlo routine and store all indicator information of each executed run, but how to do this whit multiple Ecosim scenarios?

Is there an approach available for assessing the impact and variability of different Ecopath base models (using MC routine), on each of the indicators/parameters for each of the ecosim scenario's?

I understand that indicator analysis can be ran with the Monte-Carlo routine, but in this case only 1 Ecosim scenario is considered. For my case, I would have to repeat this time-consuming process over 50 times. Anyone who knows a way to do this in a streamlined, time-efficient manner? Does EwE allows to do this?

All tips are welcome ;)
Thanks!

Cheers,
Dries
