NodeM version 0.9.0 released

Everyone,

I have released version 0.9.0 of NodeM to my github page: https://github.com/dlwicksell/nodem,
as well as to the npm registry: npm install nodem. It has added support for lock timeouts, which
is documented in the README.md file. It also supports extended references for all the APIs that
take global names as arguments. It also has various bug fixes. Thank you.
